Waukesha County, WI (October 2, 2024) – The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) reported that a fatal crash on I-94 westbound near Moorland Road caused significant backups all the way to the Zoo Interchange on Monday, September 30.

The initial accident happened around 4:15 p.m. on Monday afternoon, per authorities who responded to the scene of the accident. Authorities further confirmed that at least one person, a 93-year-old woman, died in the crash.
