Milwaukee, WI (September 22, 2024) – One woman is dead and another injured following a hit-and-run late Saturday, September 21, near 76th Street and Good Hope Road.
About an hour later, a 32-year-old was shot at the same location and rushed to the hospital. The crash happened just before midnight. Milwaukee police said two people were crossing the street when a car hit and killed a 20-year-old. The second woman was taken to a nearby hospital with non-fatal injuries.
The car left the scene but was later found, A 34-year-old was taken into custody, police said.
