Kenosha, WI (June 9, 2024) – A 62-year-old man died after he was hit by a vehicle in Kenosha on Saturday, June 8, per local authorities.

According to the Kenosha Police Department, they were called to the intersection of 63rd Street and Sheridan Road around 8:55 p.m. to investigate an accident involving a vehicle and a pedestrian. Police say a 62-year-old Kenosha man was trapped under the vehicle. The Kenosha Fire Department freed the man, but officials say that he had significant injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. Police say the driver of the vehicle was a 37-year-old woman, believed to be driving under the influence. She was arrested and taken to the Kenosha County Jail.
