Tomah, WI (September 18, 2024) – One person is dead and another is injured following a crash that occurred near Tomah on Monday. According to WisDOT, the crash occurred around 10:10 pm Monday night on I-90 eastbound at mile post 37 near Tomah, and it involved a GMC Savanna Van and a Chevy Silverado. 

Both drivers were trapped in their cars and sustained injuries. The driver of the Van was pronounced dead on scene, while the Driver of the Silverado was airlifted to La Crosse with injuries WisDOT described as serious but non-life-threatening.
