Dodge County, WI (May 11, 2024) – A serious motorcycle collision that occurred on Saturday is being investigated by the Dodge County Sheriff's Office.

Officials said that at around 10:30 a.m. on Saturday morning, a motorcyclist was traveling on State Highway 33 close to Thompson Road, located in Beaver Dam Township, when the incident occurred. Authorities say that the motorcyclist, traveling in a group, was involved in a collision with a passenger vehicle turning into a driveway.

A 42-year-old Beaver Dam resident sustained life-threatening injuries in the crash and was transported by UW Med Flight to a level two trauma facility. Meanwhile, a 50-year-old female passenger died at the scene. However, no further details were released, and an investigation into the accident is still ongoing.
